Bette Midler To Tour For First Time In 10 Years

Bette Midler has announced that she is going out on the road for the first time in a decade.

The singer/actress will take music from her new album, It’s the Girls!, along with a long career of hits, to 22 cities across North America starting May 8 and 9 in Hollywood, FL and running through June 25 in New York.

It’s the Girls! is Midler’s salute to the great girl groups of over six decades, from the Andrews Sisters of the 40’s to TLC in the 90’s. The album will be released tomorrow (November 4) in the U.S. via Warner Brothers and on November 17 in the U.K. through East West Records / Warner Music UK.

Tickets for select shows go on sale on November 17. Check with your local venue for your city.
