Birds of Tokyo will hit the road again soon to take the Harlequins album live to regional areas.

Eight shows have been announced around Australia starting in March in Western Australia.

BIRDS OF TOKYO – HARLEQUINS TOUR

Mar 15 Settlers Tavern, Margaret River
Mar 16 Prince of Whales, Bunbury
Mar 18 Pier Bandroom Street Party, Frankston
Mar 19 Wool Exchange, Geelong
Mar 24 Entrance Leagues Club Central Coast
Mar 25 The Cambridge, Newcastle
Mar 26 Batemans Bay Soldiers Club Batemans Bay
May 27 Big Pineapple Music Festival Sunshine Coast

The regional tour is named after the band’s new single ‘Harlequins’. “We’ve had endless feedback from fans (at shows and online) that the opening track ‘Harlequins’ is a favourite. We agree,” says bass player Ian Berney of the new single. “This song is a dish best served loud; with raucous riffs and harrowing lyrics; it’s part of our heaviest sounding record to date.”
