Pop star Britney Spears has admitted herself into a self-help clinic and telling fans “We all need to take time for a little “me time.” :)”

Britney made the announcement on Instagram after a lengthy absence from social media.

Spears will spend 30 days at the facility but is not saying where it is. In January she postponed a Vegas residency after her father suffered a ruptured colon and underwent emergency surgery.
