The Sino-American Entrepreneur Symposium held at the Harvard Club in New York on August 30th was organized by the China International Chamber of Commerce for the Private Sector and undertaken by the American International Chamber of Industrial Investment.

Nick Kontonicolas, The Noise Network’s Chief Operating Officer and CEO of C. Trade Group of Companies, Inc represented both companies at the Sino-American Entrepreneurs Symposium at the Harvard Club in New York this past Friday on August 30.

The Symposium brought together nearly 100 companies from China and the United States, ranging from finance, real estate, medical care, technology, education and entertainment. Nick Kontonicolas, The Noise Network’s Chief Operating Officer and CEO of C. Trade Group of Companies, Inc attended along with senior executives of Morgan Stanley, UBS, Cushman & Wakefield, Harvard Wealth, Metropolitan Museum, Dolly Lenz、Barrington Jamaican Imports LTD, Hiking Group, Fortune Fund, Harvard Medical School, Hilder &Co., LLC,One Capital,North Point Capital,We Lend LLC,Homblower Foundation, Phoenix Pacific Management Group, Law Office of Lee M. Herman, Esq, CITIC Bank, China Construction USA, Bank of China, China Merchants Bank, BROAD USA, Huatai Securities and Gree USA. 

Meanwhile, many chambers of commerce and enterprises from China also attended this symposium, including Guangdong International Chamber of Commerce for the Private Sector, Fujian International Chamber of Commerce for the Private Sector, Shandong Foreign Exchange and Cooperation Chamber of Commerce, Sichuan Chamber of Commerce in Shandong, Shandong Xinglu Nonferrous Metals Group Co., Ltd., Lanzhou Heshengtang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Zaige Group, Guohong Tongda Information Security Service Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jucheng Enterprise Management (Group) ) Ltd. etc.

The Sino-American Entrepreneur Symposium gave Chinese and American entrepreneurs the platform for business opportunities and exchanges in depth, with a view to establishing long-term, good strategic partnerships and sharing resources for future cooperation.

The Sino-American Entrepreneurs Symposium was co-hosted by Ms. Gao Weiwei, the Executive Chairman of American International Chamber of Industrial Investment, President of MGM Media and MGM Real Estate, and Asia media partner/consultant of the C. Trade Group of Companies.

The team is led by Mr. Wang Yanguo, member of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce Think Tank Committee, Executive Chairman of the Asia-Pacific Trade Agreement Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Chairman of the China International Chamber of Commerce for the Private Sector. The All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce is the only national large-scale chamber of commerce approved by the government for serving private enterprises to carry out international economic cooperation and exchanges. It has nearly 500 core members. The member companies include Lenovo, Fosun, Alibaba and many more. A large number of private enterprise giants provide international economic cooperation services to more than 4 million private enterprises affiliated to the Chamber directly under the administration of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce.

At the symposium, Mr. Jiang Liujun, Chairman of the American International Chamber of Industrial Investment, first gave a welcome speech. He said that the world today is in the process of great development, great changes and great readjustment. Faced with challenges, and it is difficult for an enterprise to stand alone and last for a long run only upon its own strength. Only by strengthening international exchanges and cooperation can we form a joint exchange platform and promote the development of enterprises. American International Chamber of Industrial Investment, focusing on high-quality industrial investment in the world, builds an international cooperation system for advanced industries. The main business scope includes the introduction of international high-end industrial resources, cooperation between domestic and overseas fund development, overseas international project development, industrial parks and real estate development and operation, urban complex project development and operation and other fields. The high-quality industrial resources of AICOII include education, culture, finance, medical care, sports, pension, characteristic towns, information technology, biotechnology, aerospace and other aspects.

China International Chamber of Commerce for the Private Sector signed a strategic cooperation agreement with American International Chamber of Industrial Investment.

The wonderful speeches of President Wang and other guests sparked a lively discussion.

Harvard University is one of the models of elite education in the United States. It is the institution of higher learning that produces the most presidents of the United States. The Harvard Club is a club set up by Harvard elite graduates for alumni. It is an excellent platform for maintaining the Harvard alumni social circle.
