Californian singer songwriter Sean Kelly has started the year as an artist to watch in 2015.

Kelly grew up between Sacramento and Venice Beach and incorporated the Californian surf sound with his love of reggae and inspiration from artists like Prince.

Sean Kelly’s debut song ‘Hands In The Sky’ made the playlist of Sat Bisla’s Passport Approved syndicated radio show in the USA this week.

Passport Approved is an independent internationally syndicated tastemaker import radio show that airs on many stations in the U.S. and around the world including the World Famous KROQ 106.7 Los Angeles, WBOS 92.9 Boston, 107.7 The End in Seattle, Flux FM in Berlin Germany, 99.1 Radio Doble Nueve in Lima Peru, 104.1 KRZQ in Reno, Indie1031.com, 94.7 KKDO in Sacramento, 94.7 KNRK in Portland, East Radio Shanghai, China, PUK-FM Johannesburg, South Africa and national digital radio on 2XM in Ireland to name a few.

Over the years Bisla has been credited by the global music industry with playing a part in helping artists (pre-label signing in the US and/or worldwide) such as Coldplay, Adele, Sia, Keane, Muse, Frank Turner, Caro Emerald, Dido, Faithless, Lily Allen, Ting Tings, Editors, Teddybears, Missy Higgins, and many others who have gone on to have global success.

Sean Kelly comes recommended for fans of Jack Johnson and Bruno Mars.
