The East Coast only tour will also include one date in the country capital of Australia, Tamworth.

“The last concert we did in Tamworth was Keith [Urban] and we blew the lid off it,” promoter Michael Chugg said in a statement. “Carrie will too. We worked the itinerary to get her there on a weekend night and it’s the start of the school holidays.”

This will be Carrie’s first Australian tour. She was last in Australia in 2011 for a promo tour.

Chuggi is expecting a pretty fast sell-out for the Carrie Underwood tour. “Tickets to Carrie’s Royal Albert Hall concert sold-out in 90 minutes,” warned Chugg.“We’re expecting Australian fans will be equally as quick.”

Carrie will be showcasing her forth album ‘Blown Away’.

Tickets for the Carrie Underwood tour will go on sale on May 14.

Dates are:

June 26, Melbourne, Palais
June 29, Tamworth, TRECC
June 30, Brisbane, Convention Centre
July 2, Sydney, Opera House
