Cher’s acute viral infection is wreaking havoc on her touring schedule. So far, 25 shows have been postponed on her Dressed 2 Kill Tour while she follows doctor’s orders.

The singer’s people are also starting to take their time at rescheduling the dates. The first two groups of postponements were slotted into spaces in her October through December schedule but, with many of those being once again postponed, they’ve taken a wait and see attitude, leaving them as TBA on Cher’s site.

Cher released the following statement:
I want to thank all my fans for their good wishes, patience and prayers. The doctors assure me that I will be totally well by November 9th and ready to perform my show. I’m truly sorry that I can’t get on the stage sooner. But, the good news is that I’m on the mend and feeling better every day. I can’t wait to see you all. I’ll be “Dressed To Kill” in my unbelievable Bob Mackie gowns and promise you an unforgettable night.
