Cher reportedly hopes getting her son involved in her new TV show will help “heal their relationship”.

The singer’s son Chaz was born a girl called Chastity, but has undergone surgery to become a man. They are known to have a difficult relationship, with Cher going on record saying she found Chaz’s decision hard to handle.
Cher is now working on a new show to be aired on the US Logo network and has decided to get Chaz involved as a producer.
“She is developing this show with Chaz in mind. She wants to heal their relationship and also give him some self-esteem by boosting his career,” an insider told National Enquirer.
The programme will be a family affair, with Cher’s partner Ron Zimmerman penning the script. Logo executive Brent Zacky has termed the storyline “terrific” and it is expected to be a huge success.
The 66-year-old star is looking forward to spending more time with Chaz, especially as it has long been his dream to work in TV.
However, she is apparently already concerned he might not be a team player.
“They don’t see eye-to-eye on so many things. Chaz has a lot of ideas and has already mapped out story lines for this TV show,” another source explained.
“But Cher’s trying to slow him down. She says she wants him to be part of a team – not to try to take things over.”
