Cold Chisel add extra shows in Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide, on sale at midday today.

The ‘Light The Nitro’ Tour has been selling like mad on the back of reissues of the legendary band’s albums.

After 200,000 tickets have sold, it only seems right that Chisel will offer more shows, these being the third dates in each city after the first two have sold out.

So, at midday (local times) three more shows go on sale, at Adelaide’s Entertainment Centre on Monday 5 December, at Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena on Friday 9 December and at Brisbane’s Entertainment Centre on Tuesday, 13 December.

That brings the tour up to 34 dates around Australia and New Zealand, and extra shows may even be added for Perth, Canberra, Newcastle and Wollongong.

All shows go on sale from Ticketek at midday, with special guests still to be announced.
