Dan Auerbach Is In New Band The Arcs

Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys has joined a band called The Arcs.

The Arcs are Dan Auerbach, Leon Michels, Richard Swift, Homer Steinweiss, and Nick Movshon with Kenny Vaughan and Mariachi Flor de Toloache also on the album.

The Arcs is Auerbach’s first band project outside The Black Keys but he did release a solo album ‘Keep It Hid’ in 2009.

The debut album for The Arcs is ‘Yours, Dreamily’, due in September. The album was recorded at Auerbach’s Easy Eye Sound studio in Nashville as well as studios in Los Angeles, New York and produced by Auerbach and Michels.
