Eric Clapton’s fourth Crossroad’s Guitar Festival kicked off on Friday night at Madison Square Garden in New York with an acoustic set by the host and built through the evening with an amazing lineup of talent.

Clapton has hosted the festival every three years with proceeds going to his Crossroads Rehabilitation Center in Antigua. Each festival, he has invited some of his favorite guitar virtuosos which this year include everyone from the current hot newcomer, Gary Clark, Jr., to the Allman Brothers with tips to many different genres from jazz (Earl Klugh) to country (Keith Urban).
We’re still trying to compile a definitive set list from the many reports on the Friday night show. Any additions or corrections would be greatly appreciated (especially from jazz aficionados).
