Eskimo Joe will release an upgraded edition of their 2006 album ‘Black Fingernails Red Wine’ and play the album live.
In a social media post they announced, “We’re releasing our anniversary edition of Black Fingernails Red Wine on beautiful bright red vinyl and CD! AND please join us on May 10 at the Freo Social Club as we play the entire album in full w @katy_steele supporting”.
‘Black Fingernails, Red Wine’ was the third album for Eskimo Joe and their first album to reach number one.
The album was released in June 2006. It sold over 200,000 copies in Australia and generated three Top 40 singles ‘Black Fingernails, Red Wine’, ‘Sarah’ an ‘New York’.
Eskimo Joe will perform the album from start to finish at Fremantle Social Club on 10 May, 2019.
