Fans Won’t Be Disappointed With New Eminem Album Reveals DJ Alchemist

Eminem will explore “new territories” in his new album.

The rapper is working on his first LP since 2010’s Recovery.

Fans have been clamouring to find out more details since the Lose Yourself lyricist hinted he was working on the project last year.

“I’ve actually kinda just started [on a new album]. I’ve been on the move a little bit too, so I’ve in between things, sneak songs in here and there,” Eminem told MTV News last August.

His frequent collaborator, DJ Alchemist, recently teased a few details on US TV show RapFix Live.

“[Eminem is] clearly going to further territories. I think what you would expect, especially after the last go-round,” he said.

Alchemist wasn’t able to say much more. He did say fans won’t be disappointed.

“That’s my boss. I DJ for him and I’m not at liberty to speak on much, but you know his caliber and what he does,” he continued.

He’s also certain Eminem’s next album will be another hit.

The DJ remembers working with the musician on 2009’s Relapse and how quickly the rapper blew up after a five-year hiatus.

“He was just getting his feet back on Relapse and then Recovery just came with the smash hits and everything and I think now – he’s Eminem,” Alchemist said.

The project will mark Eminem’s eighth solo album.

His previous releases include: Infinite (1996), The Slim Shady LP (1998), The Marshall Mathers LP (2000), The Eminem Show (2002), Encore (2004), Relapse (2009) and Recovery (2010).
