Fleetwood Mac Announce Final Date of World Tour

by Paul Cashmere on October 4, 2019

in News

Fleetwood Mac’s world tour will come to an end on 16 November in Las Vegas.

Fleetwood Mac’s ‘An Evening With Fleetwood Mac’ tour began on 3 October 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The tour celebrated 50 years of Fleetwood Mac dating back to the 60s and including songs recorded before Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham joined the band.

The other major difference for this tour was the inclusion of Neil Finn and Mike Campbell replacing Buckingham. The addition of Split Enz, Crowded House and Tom Petty songs to the setlist made for a very different Fleetwood Mac show.

Like, for instance, being the first artist signed to Apple Records. James “auditioned” for Apple with his song ‘Something In The Way She Moves’. "Paul went away and started the label and George went away and wrote the song”, he said.
