Foo Fighters will play their first show of 2015 on Saturday in Los Angeles.
The band announced the sudden event today with tickets on sales from 7pm tonight (California time).
The show will benefit the Rock School Fund, MusiCares and Sweet Relief Musicians Fund.
Foo Fighters last show was on December 13 in Johannesburg, South Africa.
The band will tour Australia and New Zealand in February for Frontier Touring.
