Gary Clark Jr To Release Second Album The Story of Sonny Boy Slim

Gary Clark Jr will release his second studio album ‘The Story Of Sonny Boy Slim’ in September.

Clark’s ‘The Story of Sonny Boy Slim’ was written, produced, arranged by Clark. Gary plays most of the instruments, with assistance from his long-time live soundman, Bharath “Cheex” Ramanat and Jason Sciba. The backing vocals are supplied by his sisters Shawn and Savannah Clark. The album was recorded by Ramanath and Sciba.

Gary Clark Jr will also tour Australia at the end of the year for the Falls Festival.

Austin based Clark released his first album ‘Blak and Blu’ in 2012 and followed it up with ‘Gary Clark Jr Live’ in 2014.
