Gene Simmons has made up with Modern Family star Eric Stonestreet after Stonestreet accused Simmons and fellow Kiss member Paul Stanley of being mean to his mother on a flight to Kansas City on Wednesday.

“I assure you, I will have a stern talk with my mom about making up stories,” Stonestreet tweeted to Simmons. “Old people, ya know? OUR apologies :)”

To Paul Stanley, Stonestreet wrote, “She did tell me you let her go first. I will tape my glow in the dark KISS posters back together now.”

Yesterday Stonestreet attacked Simmons and Stanley on Twitter saying, “Gene tried to bully my mom out of her seat and when she said no, he said, it’s ok, I just bought the plane and asked her for her autograph – dick move

“Then Paul called her ‘Aunt Bee.’ – dick move

Both members of Kiss has immediate reaction back. “@ericstonestreet –LOOK, I HAVE A MOTHER, TOO. I would never be mean, especially to mothers. You know that,” Gene wrote.

Paul Stanley replied, “@ericstonestreet I actually waited so your mom could get off first. The rest-A misunderstanding of joking. I apologize anyway. Good son”.
