Graveyard Train capped off a rising 2011 with a triumphant Halloween show at Melbourne’s stunning Forum Theatre, and now they’re winding up to release a new collection of brawny, blokey, brooding tunes.
Their forthcoming third album, titled Hollow, promises to expand on their rollicking tales of the macabre with bigger beats and more psychedelic guitars.
It’ll be released in May via their very appropriately named friends at Spooky Records, and the first single ‘I’m Gone’ has just hit iTunes.
Of course, they’re currently booking a national launch tour so fans can celebrate them at their best – all six men, chain, harmonica, steel guitar, banjo, double bass, and gang-vocals, live on stage.
