According to BocaNewsNow.com, the original incident happened on February 24 when McBrain tried to stab two people with a decorative lance (since the original story, the number of victims has been changed to one). When unsuccessful, she ended up throwing and hitting the victim with logs from a firepit in the couple’s yard.

At the time of her arrest, she was released on $3,000 bail. Today, she was in court for sentencing with a trial date set for May 3. She pleaded not guilty.

The victim has not been identified in any story; however, Rebecca has been charged with domestic abuse indicating that the person was a relative or resident of the home.

Nicko McBrain became the fifth drummer Iron Maiden in 1982 after the departure of Clive Burr. He has appeared on every album by the band from Piece of Mind (1983) to their latest, The Final Frontier (2010).
