“Janet is a wonderful artist and it is great news that she has arrived back in Australia safely to perform for her fans,” promoter Paul Dainty said in a statement.

Janet will now complete her Australia tour starting tonight at the Gold Coast Convention Centre in Queensland.

Her three intimate Melbourne shows have been combined into one Rod Laver Arena show tomorrow (November 3) and then she will complete the tour with her three Sydney shows at the Opera House Concert Hall on November 5, 6 and 8.

James Taylor Farewells Australia With Final Tour (Melbourne Review)

I could go to a James Taylor show just for the stories. The man is a part of music history and is still around to tell the tales of how it all began. Like, for instance, being the first artist signed to Apple Records. James “auditioned” for Apple with his song ‘Something In The Way She Moves’. "Paul went away and started the label and George went away and wrote the song”, he said.
