Jimmy Barnes To Join Matt Condon For Q&A At Byron Writers Fest

Rock God and best selling author Jimmy Barnes will join journalist Matt Condon in conversation at the Byron Writers Festival in August.

Barnes’ had a best-seller with his recent book ‘Working Class Boy’, a warts and all document of his life up to Cold Chisel. The book won Jimmy a ABIA Award for Biography of the Year.

The accompanying ‘Working Class Boy’ live shows also earned Jimmy a nomination for Cabaret Show of the Year at the upcoming Helpmann Awards.

The sequel ‘Working Class Man’, detailing the rest of his life, will be released by Harper Collins on 23 October, 2017.

Join Jimmy Barnes and Matt Condon at 7pm 5 August 2017 at the Lennox Head Cultural & Community Centre, Lennox Head. Tickets are $30.

Jimmy will head to Scotland to perform the Working Class Boy show in December.
