Dragon is opening season 3 of Red Hot Summer, John Farnham is closing. Together they have a song in common … Age of Reason.

Dragon’s Todd Hunter wrote the Farnham classic hit with his partner Johanna Pigott. Farnham had asked Todd and Johanna to write him a song. The original version featured Todd’s brother Marc on vocal.

John Farnham made the track the title track of his 1988 album and follow-up to ‘Whispering Jack’. The single was a number one hit in Australia for John Farnham. It also reached number 20 in Germany.

John has the song in every set at Red Hot Summer.

John Farnham is playing the Red Hot Summer shows with the all-hit line-up of Daryl Braithwaite, Jon Stevens, Vanessa Amorosi, Thirsty Merc and Dragon.

The remaining Farnham Red Hot Summer shows are:

April 13, Noosa
