John Mayer To Perform At SXSW

John Mayer will return to SXSW for the first time since his launch back in 2000.

In the past 12 years John Mayer has sold over 17 million albums worldwide. He has also won seven Grammy Awards.

Mayer has been writing and recording his next album ‘Born and Raised’, due in coming months. It will be the follow-up album to his 2009 album ‘Battle Studies’ and his 5th studio album.

John will showcase the new album at SXSW 2012 in Austin, Texas in March.

Other artists at SXSW 2012 include keynote speaker Bruce Springsteen and Heart.

Australian’s at SXSW 2012 include Henry Wagons, Kimbra, The Black Ryder, Big Scary, Little Red, Oh Mercy, Emma Louise, Lanie lane, Bliss N Eso and Busby Marou.
