Simpson reports that Judith is in good spirits and in “awe” of the support she is receiving from her fans.

In an statement, Graham writes:

“Judith has told me today of her awe and amazement at the love and support she has been shown by friends and fans all over the world, and has asked me thank everyone for their care and concern.

She remains in hospital in the best possible care as her condition is monitored closely by her excellent medical team.

She is sorry that her illness has caused the postponement of The Seekers Golden Jubilee Tour, but she is optimistically looking forward to the future. She has been buoyed by visits from Athol, Keith and Bruce in the past 24 hours.

Judith’s condition remains unchanged and further tests have been called for by her neurologist. In the meantime, she is being reviewed by the hospital’s Allied Health Team.

She sends her love and gratitude to you all.”

Judith was admitted to hospital in Melbourne in Tuesday night after suffering a brain hemorrhage. All dates for The Seekers 50th Anniversary tour have been put on hold.
