Bieber tweeted earlier today “oh yeah … Australia Im coming July 15th”.

Bieber fans shouldn’t get too excited. It’s a promo tour only and Justin is only going to Sydney.

Justin Bieber tweeted from Norway. The promo trip is to talk up his next album ‘Believe’.

Bieber was last in Australia in April 2010.

Yesterday, Noise11.com reported Justin Bieber was under investigation for assault on a photographer.
