The hip-hop rapper is no stranger to collaborating with his fellow music stars, having enjoyed considerable success with Jay-Z when they teamed up for the album Watch the Throne.

Will also famously performed in the musical duo DJ Jazzy Jeff and The Fresh Prince, releasing hits such as Boom! Shake The Room.

Now it has been claimed that while enjoying the world famous Rio Carnival in Brazil, Kanye and Will decided to hit the recording studio together.

The studio’s owner DJ Batutinha has revealed he helped the stars to create a ‘Latin-inspired’ track.

‘Kanye was keen to get to learn more about the funk in Rio and a DJ friend of mine referred him to me,’ a source told British newspaper The Sun. ‘Will and him went to the studio to get to know the sound of the funk better. They thought we could all work out something together and launch this new project.’

The DJ claims Kanye and Will plan to finish off the track in the US.

Kanye shows no signs of slowing down his career, despite his girlfriend Kim Kardashian being pregnant with their first child.

He recently announced his plans to play a one-off show at the Hammersmith Apollo in London on February 24.
Will also recently revealed he is eager to challenge himself with new projects.

The 44-year-old star has carved out successful careers in both the music and movie industries and has vowed to keep aiming for the stars.

“Grow or die,’ he told a German newspaper when asked what his philosophy is. “I never stop dreaming. My life is a dream come true.”
