The combination of French producer Kungs with Australia’s Cookin’ On 3 Burners has most Australia’s checking Shazam this week to find out about the track ‘This Girl’.
‘This Girl’ has been Shazamed more than 4.8 million times and has been viewed over 33 million times on YouTube.
19-year old Kungs (Valentin Brunel), from Aix-en-Provence in France, only started remixing and then uploading his mixes two years ago. Success clicked in when his song with Australia’s Cookin’ On 3 Burners reached no 1 in the UK this year.
Valentin has also made remixes featuring Bob Marley (Jammin) and Lana Del Rey (West Coast).
