Lady Gaga Confirms Super Bowl Performance

by Paul Cashmere on September 30, 2016

in News

Lady Gaga has confirmed she will perform at the Super Bowl in 2017.

“It’s not an illusion. The rumors are true. This year the SUPER BOWL goes GAGA,” she said in a tweet.

The exposure should be a weekend boost to Lady Gaga’s profile as her current song ‘Perfect Illusion’ is a stiff. ‘Perfect Illusion’, released just two weeks ago debuted at no 14 in Australia and dropped to no 34 in the second week. It is the worst debut ever for the first song from a Lady Gaga album.

Lady Gaga’s next album ‘Joanne’ will be released on October 21. Kevin Parker of Tame Impala contributed to the first single. The album also features an appearance from Florence Welch on ‘Hey Girl’.
