Lance Bass Radio Show Cancelled

Lance Bass thinks his SiriusXM radio programme Dirty Pop is concluding because of the show’s lack of “accessibility”.

The former NSYNC singer launched the daily two-hour long talk show in 2012, but it is soon coming to an end.

“Our contract is up in early February and we’ve been really toying around with moving the show,” Bass noted on the OMFG! podcast. “We’ve had a wonderful time for five years with SiriusXM and you can do whatever you want .?.?. but the thing is accessibility. You know this young generation, they’re not gonna go subscribe .?.?. They want to be able to download it whenever they want to and that’s what we’re missing.”

Back in January (16), Page Six reported Bass’ programme pulled from the schedule due to a lack of listeners.

Although the end of Dirty Pop may equate to somewhat of a professional setback for the star, he has plenty of other things to celebrate, as his personal life is thriving.

The star tied the knot with longtime partner Michael Turchin in December 2014 and they may be expanding their family very soon.

“We’re going to enjoy the honeymoon phase for a second, but we want to start a family for sure,” Bass told E! News. “That’s one of the reasons we wanted to commit to each other, to start a family.

“It will be nice to have our own kids first. And then maybe when they’re a little older, adopt a kid that’s around eight or nine. We love the whole adoption thing—with dogs or humans too.”
