in News

The world has caught Lily Allen fever and to prove it, she has hit the top spot on the British singles chart with her debut single, ‘Smile’.

Allen, daughter of actor Keith Allen, first achieved fame through her MySpace site, and has managed to sign a worldwide record deal and be a conversation piece everywhere – testament to the power of the internet.

The singer’s free for all attitude and drinking and smoking nature is a relief from a world gone mad with stepping on eggshells around tough issues.

Her debut album will be out later this year.
