Lucinda Williams has announced headline shows in both Melbourne and Sydney around her appearance at the Byron Bay Blues and Roots Festival.

The husky-voiced Louisiana-born singer has been recoding consistently ever since her 1978 debut Ramblin’ On My Mind, most recently putting her name to her tenth studio album Blessed, which features appearances from Elvis Costello and Matthew Sweet.

Her live show is renowned for covering her diverse back catalogue, seamlessly shifting between country, rock and roll and more.
