Eighties pop chart-topper Martika is set to visit Australia for the first time in September, and she’s bringing a new album.

Martika sold five million albums throughout the late-‘80s and early-‘90s, from hits like  ‘Love …Thy Will Be Done’, ‘Toy Soldiers’, ‘I Feel The Earth Move’ and ‘Martika’s Kitchen’.

And in 2005 she got another boost as Eminem sampled her song for his ‘Like Toy Soldiers’ single.

She’s back with a new album Mirror Ball and the dancefloor-bound new single ‘Flow With The Go’ (which includes a nod to ‘Toy Soldiers’). Have a look at Martika vamping it up in the clip below before she hits Australia.

Frontier members can get pre-sale tickets from 2pm on Thursday 7 June and the general public from 9am Thursday 14 June from Ticketek for Sydney, Ticketmaster for Melbourne, Moshtix for Newcastle, Fremantle, Adelaide and Brisbane, and from the venues in Canberra and Cairns.
