The 7th album for The Living End has been titled ‘Shift’.

‘Shift’ is the first album in five years for The Living End following up 2011’s ‘The Ending Is Just The Beginning Repeating’.

The first single is a personal song ‘Keep On Running’. “We all have moments where life is getting the better of us, but that’s when you draw strength and come out the other side stronger,” singer Chris Cheney says.

Cheney wrote the song with his friends Dylan Berry and Stefan Litrownik during what is says was an emotionally turbulent period in his life.

The Living End have also released a second sampler from the album titled ‘Monkey’.

The Living End ‘Shift’ will be on May 13, 2016
