QANTAS Bans Human League Member For Wearing Ugg Boots

by Paul Cashmere on December 15, 2017

in News

QANTAS you idiots, since when are Ugg Boots sleepwear? Human League member Joanne Catherall was screaming don’t you want me baby after refused entry into the Qantas lounge in Melbourne because she was wearing Ugg Boots.

In a Tweet Joanne explained, “Denied access @Qantas business class lounge in @Melair Melbourne Airport apparently Ugg (Australia) Boots are deemed sleepwear by the lady working there although no problem in any of the other lounges so far. Helpfully she suggested I go to one of the shops & purchase some shoes”.

The complaint fell on deaf ears for the idiotic Qantas staff who refused to show any love action and tweeted the response:

“Hi Joanne, we endeavour to remain consistent and uphold our Lounge’s dress guidelines to all our guests. You may find details here: http://bit.ly/1TKrgMP . Mark

In fairness to Qantas it is a very good airline but this decision was just dumb.

The Human League will play their next Australian show tonight (December 15) in Sydney.
