Ricci Martin, son of crooner legend Dean Martin, has been found dead in his Utah home at age 62.

Ricci was one of eight of Dean Martin’s children. His mother was Dean’s second wife Jeanne Biegger.

His sister Deana announced in a tweet, “My heart breaks to announce the untimely death of my beloved brother, Ricci Martin “RIP, Ricci. I love you!”

Ricci had been performing a tribute to his father “His Son Remembers: Dean Martin Music and More’ for the past decade.

Ricci grew up in Beverly Hills and recalled his 21st birthday party in his memoir where guests included David Bowie, Elton John, Elizabeth Taylor, John Lennon and Ringo Starr.

In 1977 he released the album ‘Beached’ with his brother-in-law Carl Wilson of The Beach Boys. The cover of The Beach Boys album ‘Sunflower’ is a photograph taken by Ricci. He toured as opening act for The Beach Boys around that time.

Ricci Martin’s cause of death had not been announced as this story was published.
