Royal Blood have unveiled their new video for ‘Out Of The Black’, directed by Adult Swim’s Christy Karacas and illustrator David Wilson.
Karacas is a writer of Adult Swim’s Superjail and voices the character of Alice, who is “the hulking, muscular head guard of Superjail, who is transgender and regularly engages in sadomasochistic rituals with the prisoners.”
Wilson has previously worked with Tame Impala on ‘Mind Mischief’, Arctic Monkeys on ‘Do I Wanna Know’ and David Guetta on ‘Titanium’.
Royal Blood’s ‘Out of the Black’ was actually the first single released by the band in 2013 but label Warner Music are now reintroducing the song to fans following their recent global acceleration.
Royal Blood are currently touring Australia as part of the Laneway Festival.
