Leo Sayer will release his new album ‘Restless Years’ in January, 2015.

‘Restless Years’ was recorded in Melbourne with producer Mitch Cairns at Mitch’s Little Red Jet studio.

All of the songs on the album were written or co-written by Leo Sayer with four of the tracks done with Albert Hammond, who wrote Leo’s classic ‘When I Need You’.

The musicians for ‘Restless Years’ are:

Johnny Salerno – drums
Mitch Cairns – bass
Bill Risby – keyboards
Danny Spencer – guitars
Natasha Stuart, Vika and Linda Bull – backing vocals
Mark Kennedy – percussion
Paul Williamson – saxophones
Ross Irwin – trumpet and flugelhorn
Keiran Conrau – trombone.

Additional vocals were recorded at Leo’s Silverbird Studio in Sydney and acoustic piano by Richard Lush (The Beatles, Sherbet) done at Sydney’s 301 Studio.

The new Leo Sayer album ‘Restless Years’ will be released through Robert Rigby’s Fanfare Records on January 23, 2015.
