Shannon Noll fans watched as the Australian Idol pop star was “arrested” at the end of his set on Saturday at the Red Hot Summer show at Sandstone Point in Queensland.

Two Police walk over and “arrested” Noll as he was finishing for classic Moving Pictures cover ‘What About Me’.

Gossip media was in melt-down mode last week when Shannon Noll was excused from appearing in court in Adelaide for an alleged assault outside a strip club in January.

Noll concocted the joke as a piss-take on the tabloid reports of his court no-show.

Shannon Noll will perform on all remaining Red Hot Summer tour shows in Australia across February, March and April.

The next show is 4 March in Dubbo with John Farnham, James Reyne, Daryl Braithwaite, Shannon Noll and Taxiride.
