The pair have donated an Epiphone Les Paul Studio guitar, signed by them both, to one lucky winner who bus a “collar” from www.dollarsforcollars.org.au.

“Typically the only times where Daniel and I reconnect is for something purely for our own benefit,” Cheney said in a press release. “This is a cause, a mission, a message and something of importance.”

“This is something we could do on a selfless level,” Johns added. “As soon as Chris and I heard about WSPA’s campaign and the 20 million dogs brutally laughtered every year, we knew we had to ‘man up’ and do something about it.”

The campaign is designed to save the lives of dogs that are killed due to fear of rabies. As an alternative, the charity will help fund vaccination programs in countries where rabies is prevalent.

If you buy a collar for $10, you can go in the draw to win the guitar. Chris and Daniel will both be judging the most creative names.
