Splendour In The Grass Refund Details

by Paul Cashmere on July 22, 2014

in Live,News

Splendour In The Grass are offering refunds to London Grammar fans who purchased tickets to see the band at Splendour.

Refunds are also available for the London Grammar Sydney and Melbourne sideshows.

Splendour In The Grass co-producers Jessica Ducrou and Paul Piticco had this to say. “We’re sorry to report that Hannah from London Grammar has been taken ill, after cancelling T In The Park we hoped she would recover in time for Splendour but unfortunately has not. It’s been quite a challenge finding a suitable replacement at such short notice but we are pleased to announce The Presets have come to the rescue and will play at Splendour this Friday. “

“Whilst beyond our control we are personally very disappointed with the last minute line-up changes but we are thankful for the support from Foals and The Presets stepping up in lightening speed. Here’s to a great show!”

For those who purchased a single day ticket particularly to see London Grammar, refunds for Friday 25 July single day tickets only will be available from Moshtix until 5pm Wednesday 23 July.

The ticket resale facility to PURCHASE tickets for Splendour in the Grass has been extended now until midnight Wednesday 23 July.

London Grammar has also been forced to postpone their Splendour in The Grass Sideshows. They will instead return to Australia in March 2015. Rescheduled dates are:

Sydney, Hordern Pavilion – Thursday 12 March 2015
Melbourne, Festival Hall – Saturday 14 March 2015

This was going to be the second sold out Australian tour for the band this year, with their three headline shows in January 2014 selling out in just a few hours and culminating in a host of rave reviews.

Tickets for the postponed shows will be valid for the new dates, simply turn up to the venue and present your ticket.

If you are unable to attend the new dates, you may secure a full refund by 5pm Monday 22 September 2014. Please Note: Ticket refunds only are available. Album purchases are non-refundable.

For those who are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, you may secure a full refund. Refund Requests must be received by Ticketek no later than Monday 22 September 2014. Please click here to visit the web page for further information or contact Ticketek Ph: 132 849 www.ticketek.com

You may secure a full refund by contacting Ticket Master’s friendly Customer ServiceTeam via 136 100 between 9am – 8pm AEST Monday to Saturday, or 9am – 5pm AEST Sunday. Alternatively, you can email customer.help@ticketmaster.com.au and request a refund.
