The Delta Riggs To Release Third EP And Play With Stonefield

The Delta Riggs are set to release their third EP titled Talupo Mountain Music Vol. II on the 18th of May.

Also in April, The Delta Riggs will be touring the East Coast of Australia, along side Stonefield and Kingswood.

The Delta Riggs are a four-piece band, consisting of Michael Tramonte, Elliott Hammond, Alex Markwell and Simon McConnell. The Delta Riggs are originally from the Gold Coast but currently reside in Melbourne. The band has scored with the Rah Rah Radio record label.

The Delta Riggs first released their self-titled in March 2010 and then in June 2011, The Delta Riggs released their second EP titled Talupo Mountain Music Vol. 1. Now in 2012, the band has followed up the second EP with their latest EP, Talupo Mountain Music Vol. II. The new EP will feature the previously released tracks, Money and Counter Revolution. The Delta Riggs released the singles Counter Revolution and Money in October 2011 and February 2012 respectively.

The Delta Riggs will play their new EP in their upcoming Bad Reality Tour with Stonefield and Kingswood. The band will play at eight different venues within ten days. They will also make an appearance at the Gum Ball Music Festival playing along side Jinja Safari, Custard, Wagons, Sietta, The Bakery, Fire! Santa Rosa Fire!, The Tongues and many more artists.

The Delta Riggs are touring with Stonefield and Kingswood on the following dates:

Friday 27th April, Surry Hills, The Standard
Saturday 28th April, Newcastle, The Cambridge Hotel

The Delta Riggs are also preforming at the Gum Ball Music Festival on the 28th of April, Belford.
