NEW YORK, NY — 05 June, 2018 — New York City — Investment Banker and Corporate Development CEO, Mr. Nick Kontonicolas has joined the board of directors of The Noise Network Pty Ltd (Australia). He is expected to take up the position of Chief Operating Officer within the company.

Mr Kontonicolas shares the vision of The Noise Network founders Paul Cashmere and Ros O’Gorman and its board Chief Business Development Officer Biag Occhino and Chief Technology Officer Scott Green to expand the company’s media brand Noise11.com into a global live and on-demand music channel. Mr. Kontonicolas plans to expand the music reach of the Noise 11 brand into China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Philippines and the USA.

Paul Cashmere, Chief Executive Officer of The Noise Network said, “Ros O’Gorman, my beloved wife of 37-years, and I had been working closely on the international expansion of The Noise Network with Nick. She insisted that this expansion as we now see and further plan it had to happen. Ros was a creative force in the music industry and always encouraged innovation at every step of the way. Her wishes and blessings to create a spectacular technology platform globally for the creative arts will be fulfilled”.

Mr. Nick Kontonicolas is the CEO of C. Trade Group of Companies, Inc. He makes strategic global investments and has interests in energy exploration and logistics, real estate, transportation and technology with affiliated offices in New York, Shanghai, California, Calgary, Athens, Jinzhou, India, Abu Dhabi, and now Melbourne, Australia. His strategic relationship with Mr. Cory Hudson of HMK Holdings, LP will be very beneficial in sourcing and utilizing the guarantees which be conveyed into The Noise Network.

Mr. Kontonicolas said, “The Noise Network represents an opportunity for rapid upswing and a great value for shareholders. The business has both horizontal and vertical flexibility meaning it can work simultaneously with other entertainment companies that can utilise its unique point of difference technology while adding value to my (and other) operations by lifting brand awareness to its global audience.

“Our Asian partners, especially in China and India will further enhance the Noise 11 brand in these very competitive and upcoming markets,” he added.

Under the direction of Mr Kontonicolas The Noise Network will set up a US operation and begin the process of publically listing the company in the coming weeks. Further operational assistance will be handled by Mr. Glenn Myles, CEO of First Wall Street Capital.

Mr Kontonicolas is arranging for an investment guarantee which will place Noise11.com globally at the forefront of media technology and position the company to benefit from the exceptional US and Australian trade relationship. We are presently being assessed and are opening appropriate banking relationships which will be able to accept such a guarantee.

This multi-million investment guarantee will directly benefit the economy in the Australian State of Victoria by creating much needed jobs and growth in the Australian music industry. It will also position The Noise Network as a primary exporter of technology and content.

Noise11.com is a leading and respected global music channel generating thousands of pieces of music content each year including video interviews with music’s biggest international stars like Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift and Lady Gaga. Mr. Kontonicolas would also like to introduce many other new music genres in our existing music network to expand the demographic and content offering. Noise11.com is often quoted in leading world publications and media organisations such as MTV, BBC and NME.

With Mr Kontonicolas’ insight and vast Asian contacts, The Noise Network now has a solid international blueprint to rollout its global business.
