Thurston Moore, Lee Ranaldo and Kim Gordon spent thirty years making some of the most interesting rock n’ roll in the world as Sonic Youth. Now, Moore has gone solo.

Last year he spent a lot of time on the road touring his 2011 album Demolished Thoughts (recorded with Beck) and he continues the course with an appearance at this year’s Melbourne Festival in October.

Now, he’s announced shows around the rest of the country, in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide.

Tickets are available now from Handsome Tours, the venues in Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane, and MoshTix and Heatseeker in Perth.

Thurston Moore Australian Tour 2012
