UK Top 30 Albums Features Three Australian Females This Week

Three female Australians, Courtney Barnett, Kylie Minogue and Sia, have albums in the UK Top 30 albums this week.

Courtney Barnett is the highest charting Australian in the UK. Her album ‘Sometimes I Sit and Think And Sometimes I Just Sit’ debuted at no 16.

Sia ‘1000 Forms of Fear’ is at no. 24 in the UK this week and Kylie Minogue debuts at no. 26 with her live album ‘Kiss Me Once – Live At The SSE Hydro’.

Courtney debuted at no 4 on Australia’s ARIA chart with 6288 sales. Sia ‘100 Forms Of Fear’ is at no. 17 after 38 weeks in Australia and sold 1,117 copies last week.

Kylie’s ‘Kiss Me Once – Live At The SSE Hydro’ is charted as a DVD in Australia. (In Australia, the label has the option of charting as a CD or DVD when the release is a CD/DVD package). Kylie is no 1 on the DVD chart with 1,383 sales.
