Violent Soho Are Back With A New Single

If you have missed Violent Soho’s unashamedly-influenced-by-the-90s guitar pop-rock, don’t fret! They’re back with an exciting new tune.

‘Vacation Forever’ is a jangly pop tune harks back to a time in Australian suburbia where backyard ciggie-and-beer-infused house parties were king and the only troubles people had to worry about were whether to put on another Pavement album or switch to The Replacements.

‘Vacation Forever’ is accompanied by the song ‘A-OK’, a lo-fi, mellow grunge throwback probably more suited to the morning after the aforementioned suburban house party.

The kids from Mansfield have gone from strength to strength over the years. They spent two years in the States while signed to Sonic Youth frontman Thurston Moore’s label and gave themselves a reputation as being one of the hardest working bands in Australia.

These songs are the band’s first since their 2016 album ‘Waco’. Expect an album and tour in the near future!
