American band We Are Scientists will perform in Australia in January.

After forming in Berkeley, California in 2000 and relocating to New York City We Are Scientists have found fame in the UK moreso than their homeland. Their 2008 album ‘Brain Trust Mastery’ peaked at no. 11 in the UK while their second album ‘With Love And Squalor’ (2006) and fourth album ‘Barbara’ both made the Billboard Top 50.

We Are Scientists recently released the EP ‘Business Casual’.
