Yoko Ono’s ‘Infinite Universe At Dawn’ limited edition book will be released in April, 2014.

‘Infinite Universe At Dawn’ will feature a curated selection of the life world of Yoko Ono. Each book will include a rare facsimile of an original drawing.

‘When we were involved in the movement to promote world peace, we thought that it would be very effective to put up billboards. Now, as I look back, I feel that it inspired courage in everyone in some way,’ Yoko said in a statement.

The book will feature unseen pieces and photographs from the personal collection of Yoko Ono. ‘I would say all my works are a form of prayer or a wish. People write down their wishes, and then they tie the knot on the tree. We have to supply more trees because the first one becomes so heavy with paper. It’s an incredible amount of wishing,’ she said.

Yoko is a musician, an artist, a public speaker and the book adds yet another edge to her career. ‘I’m one of those people you might think of as a jack-of-all-trades. I don’t limit myself to one medium. Sometimes inspiration comes in as music; sometimes it comes in as visual,’ she said.

Only 350 copies of the book will be produced. All copies will be numbered and signed by Yoko Ono.

Yoko Ono ‘Infinite Universe At Dawn’ will be available through Genesis Publications.
