Melbourne singer Naomi Braun’s evocative jazz/trip-hop debut Through The Devil’s Wood got a little help from Lotek and Sly & Robbie.

UK producer Lotek and reggae legends Sly & Robbie have given Melbourne chanteuse Naomi Braun their endorsement and help on her moody debut album Through The Devil’s Wood.

She talks about the long gestation period of the album, her collaborators (which also includes NYC rapper Gabriel), putting together short films to accompany the atmospheric songs, and how to put it all together live.

She’ll air the songs at her launch at Melbourne’s Toff In Town on Thursday 26 July.
