The annual PBS fundraiser, the Be Our Hero Radio Festival is on until May 27.
PBS FM in Melbourne is not only community funded, but community radio funding was cut in the recent federal budget.
You can contribute to the upkeep of PBS FM by becoming a PBS member during this year’s Radio Festival and in doing so can win some prizes too. There’s a brand new, ride away, classic red Vespa PX-150 scooter courtesy of Peter Stevens Motorcycles, an Audiophile Amber SE10 Hi-Fi System, or a year’s worth of PBS Feature Records.
