San Diego based singer songwriter Steve Poltz is a remarkable talent.

Since his early days with alt-punk band The Rugburns through his time with Jewel (he wrote You Were Meant For Me) and into his solo years, Steve Poltz has had the ability to put stories to music.

His latest album cements his relationship with Australia. The cheekily titled ‘Noineen Noiny Noin’ album is a piss-take on the Australian accent and was recorded in Perth with the Sleepy Jackson’s Malcolm Clark.

Steve is a regularly visitor to Australia and to Noise11.

During his latest Aussie tour he took time out to drop by and chat with Paul Cashmere.
